Montana: Whether you want to focus your
practice in general orthopedics or total joint and
reconstruction, you will find a busy, ready-made practice. You
will be the fifth surgeon in the group with two of your
partners having general and sports practices, one having a
subspecialty in hand and the other having a subspecialty in
foot and ankle. Each physician has a four-day work week with
two days (block time) in the OR and two days in the office.
Your call rotation will be 1:5 and you will receive additional
compensation for taking emergency room call.
